The Apartments Ferrera Pins are located right in the centre of Cala Ferrera, just a short walk ( 5 minutes ) from the white sandy beach and very near to the commercial centre of Cala D´or and its harbour.
Renovated in 2006, the complex consits of 11 units: one bedroom self catering apartments with a maximum capacity of four people: Apartment Type A, wich are distributed between a 2 storey buildings surrounded by gardens, palms and
 pinetrees
• Leisure facilities available includes one communal pool with separate children´s section, sun terrace and a wide green area with trees where one can lay out with the sunbeds
• All the apartments are of the same size ( 50m2 ), they are equipped with either air conditioned or central heating, sat. tv,  wifi acces and safety box available (extra charge). Combined longe-dining room with sofa beds, 1 bedroom, fully
 equipped open plan kitchenette, bathroom and a wide sun terrace ( 16m2 )
• Maid service is provided undertaking a change of bed linen and the change of towels twice a week.
At the same complex there´s one Supermarket open all day from 8.00am till 9.30pm

2012 RATES

The prices quoted stands for an occupancy of 2 persons per Apartment ( one bedroom ). 10€ surcharge per night will be added for each additional person.
We also apply 80€ / stay ( service fee ).
The service fee is a fix price per stay and includes all utilities for service delivery, hand-over cleaning, linen, towels, electricity and water.
50€ deposit / property is also mandatory, which will be fully returned to the tenant on departure day, unless there are no damages in responsability of the tenant.
Example: 8 night accomodation in May with 4 people in one Apartment:
 (8 x (25 + 10 + 10) + 80€ = 360 + 80 = 440€ Total Price
Intermediate cleaning when desired: 40€.
Travel cot: 5€ per day
Safe: 15€ per week.
